It works perfectly as a Korean inspired marinade or even as a last minute addition to fried chicken - our sauce, your kitchen your rules.

Dark Brown Sugar, Korean Red Chilli Paste (30%)(WHEAT Flour, Corn Syrup, Mixed Seasoning (Red Chilli Pepper Powder, Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion), Water, Salt, Red Chilli Pepper Powder (3.88%), Ethyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (WHEAT)), Water, Soy Sauce (12%)(Water, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Extract (9%) (Water, Defatted SOYA Bean (3%), Salt, Roasted WHEAT), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Garlic, Ginger.
Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool dark place.
Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
