Our dough balls are hand baked by our skilled chefs, using the finest Italian Caputo 00 flour, and made using the same ingredients and methods as at our three waterside restaurants.

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.

Cooking Instructions

Oven from chilled: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5 for 5 - 6 minutes. Remove all packaging including Garlic & Herb Butter Pot. Set this aside to warm to room temperature. Place the Dough Balls on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Once cooked, remove Dough Balls carefully from the oven. Ensure Dough Balls are piping hot before serving and serve immediately.

Oven from frozen: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5 for 7 - 8 minutes. Remove all packaging including Garlic & Herb Butter Pot. Set this aside to warm to room temperature. Place the Dough Balls on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Once cooked, remove Dough Balls carefully from the oven. Ensure Dough Balls are piping hot before serving and serve immediately.
