Did you know that we have our own bakery & pastry kitchen?
Not everyone is aware that we have a dedicated team of bakers over at our Llangefni site, as well as a pastry & patisserie chef over at our Llandudno restaurant.
The team start baking and prepping early every day in order to get fresh supplies into our restaurants in Criccieth, Menai Bridge & Llandudno, as well as our General Stores in Conwy & Menai Bridge.

Our Sausage Rolls - Meaty, vegan, and everything in between!
We ensure that each sausage roll is crammed full of flavoursome filling, whilst our freshly made pastry is buttery & flaky. These are a firm favourite with many, and are the perfect lunchtime snack!
We make ours fresh daily with Edwards of Conwy pork, encased in our own rough puff pastry from our incredible bakery team.
Fresh Bread - Baked Daily
The bakery team supply both the restaurants & the stores with a wide range of bread. Favourites include our Sour Dough Pain de Campagna, Seeded Tin Loaf & more.
The bakers also have the privilege of feeding the 11 year old starter every day!

Our stores in Conwy & Menai Bridge are always stocked with vegan & vegetarian options, such as this freshly baked vegetarian oggie with cheese & leeks.
Treat yourself to our freshly baked desserts!
Our desserts are the perfect sweet treat! All of our desserts including these pumpkin muffins are made fresh every day in our Llandudno kitchen. Other favourites include our sumptuous chocolate brownies, fresh lemon tortes, and generous portions of carrot cake.
