We are a family of three award winning waterside restaurants, serving locally sourced produce & seafood, in the beautiful coastal towns of Menai Bridge, Criccieth & Llandudno, North Wales.

We see ourselves as custodians of all our restaurant buildings. We take care of them & in turn they play a huge part in the experience of visiting Dylan’s.

The historic waterside locations, the local food, drinks & warm hospitality of North Wales, which is enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of locals & holidaymakers every year.

When you visit one of our restaurants, you are experiencing local traditions & history; on your plate, in your glass, & in the building that surrounds you.

Since 2012 we have invested £3 million in revitalising & conserving our historic waterside locations.

Dylans llandudno

Craig-y-don, Llandudno

Dylan's Llandudno is our third restaurant, situated towards the end of the stunning Victorian sweep of Llandudno promenade & bay. Opened in 2017 we lovingly restored the former Washington Hotel to it's former glory.

Anglesey Ynys Môn

Our first restaurant which set us on our voyage along the North Wales Coast in 2012. Modern styling with a boatyard theme, celebrating the tremendous natural beauty of the local coastline, with views out across the waters of the Menai Strait from practically every table.

Dylans criccieth

Llŷn Peninsula

Dylan’s Criccieth is found on the coast of Pen Llŷn | the Llŷn Peninsula, Gwynedd, a stone’s throw from the beach, within the iconic Art Deco styled Morannedd building. We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to be custodians of the building, welcoming our customers to this wonderful site every day.
