Croeso i Gricieth

Dylan’s Criccieth is found on the coast of Pen Llŷn | the Llŷn Peninsula, Gwynedd, a stone’s throw from the beach, within the iconic Art Deco styled Morannedd building.

We count ourselves incredibly fortunate to be custodians of the building, welcoming our customers to this wonderful site every day.

A hidden gem to some, but a jewel in the crown to others, this building sits perfectly several metres from the beach, bathed in sun during summer & often witness to dramatic weather during the winter months.

Full of History

Designed by architectural icon Clough Williams Ellis in the 1930s we hope you’ll agree that we have brought this beautiful glass fronted building back to life as one of our thriving restaurants.

It is a treat for us to work in such a place, looking out across the bay towards Harlech Castle and the Rhinogs or back along our own beach to Criccieth Castle.

It is a magical place at any time of year, whatever the weather & we know that when you visit us, you will share the same feelings!

We serve from our Michelin recommended, award winning menus daily, and feature locally sourced produce from the seas and hills throughout the local area.
