We have just opened a new classroom in Llangefni! | Mi gynnym ystafell ddosbarth newydd yn Llangefni!
We're extremely thrilled to have a dedicated learning space at our prep-kitchen in Llangefni, and having held our first public baking workshop there last week headed-up by our head baker, Ant. Shortly after, we held a Sushi workshop specifically for our kitchen teams, led by Kei Shiba of Wabisabi Kitchen. We're enthused by how much this new space will allow us to develop skills and share knowledge.
Kei ran a fantastic Sushi Masterclass for six of our chefs, guiding them step-by-step through authentic Sushi making techniques and practices, using traditional ingredients. There was lots of enthusiasm and ideas all round, new skills acquired and creativity on fire for our Spring / Summer menu in 2020!
We're looking forward to 2020 being packed full of masterclasses and learning experiences, and hope you'll be able to join us on a couple along the way.
