Where it all started

The first Dylan’s that set us on our voyage along the North Wales Coast, in Menai Bridge, Porthethwy, on Anglesey, Ynys Mon.

Modern styling with a boatyard theme but utilising the tremendous natural beauty of the local coastline, views out across the waters of the Menai Strait from practically every table, the Telford bridge as a backdrop. The site cried out for seafood, freshly baked breads and an emphasis on the amazing local produce from the surrounding seas and hills.

We do our best to promote our amazing region and we look to give the same personal warm welcome now as we did when we first enthusiastically opened our doors in May 2012.

Since opening, we enclosed our terrace area providing all-weather views of the stunning Menai Strait, extended our kitchen, & opened a maritime themed cocktail bar adjacent to the restaurant.

At each of our restaurants we pride ourselves on our friendly, personal & professional service. We are honoured to be custodians of Grade 2 listed buildings, venues which are full of character and history.

We serve from our Michelin recommended, award winning menus daily, and feature locally sourced produce from the seas and hills throughout the local area.
