RETURNS & REFUNDS
All of us at Dylan's want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, something isn’t right, here’s all you need to know.
Perishable Items (Food Products)
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly produced products, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. This is in line with consumer law exemptions for food, hygiene, & safety reasons.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged in the post, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with details, & photos of the use-by-date(s) & batch code(s) - if possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Perishable / Gift Items
If you purchase non-food items (e.g. merchandise, kitchenware, hampers without fresh produce), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, & at your own cost.
Undelivered or Misrouted Packages
Very occasionally some parcels can be delayed or undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer, or due to the customer/recipient not being available to receive shipment.
How to Report an Issue or Request a Refund
- Contact us at info@dylansrestaurant.co.uk within the timescales above.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, & photos where relevant.
- We’ll confirm whether a refund, replacement, or a voucher as credit, applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. (Further transfer times may apply depending on the customer’s original payment method or banking hours.)
Where a replacement is sent, no additional delivery charges will apply
Terms of Service - Online Store
1. General
This website is owned & operated by Dylan’s Restaurant Ltd, 07907978, Unit 7, Pen yr Orsedd, Industrial Estate Road, Llangefni, Anglesey, North Wales, LL77 7AW.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes
2. Products
All product descriptions, images, & prices are provided in good faith.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur.
Allergen & ingredient information is provided to the best of our knowledge. It is your responsibility to check suitability before consumption.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance & availability.
- Prices are shown in GBP & include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4. Alcohol Sales
By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
It is a criminal offence for anyone under 18 to buy, attempt to buy, or for an adult to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
Deliveries containing alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery & may refuse delivery if suitable ID is not provided.
Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are estimates & not guaranteed.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to accept deliveries that contain alcohol.
If delivery is refused or not accepted due to failure to provide proof of age, the order will be returned to us. A refund will be processed minus delivery charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund (see our Returns Policy).
Non-food items (e.g. merchandise, gifts) may be returned within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are unused & in their original packaging.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, & branding, is the property of DYLAN’S RESTAURANT LTD & may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Shipping Policy - Online Store
Thank you for shopping with Dylan’s. This policy explains how & when we deliver orders.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 day after payment is received.
We do not process orders or ship on weekends, public, or bank holidays.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer, but if this is ever a concern, we’ll keep you updated by email.
2. Delivery Services
We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail & DPD.
Tracking information will be provided where available & applicable.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete details.
3. Delivery Areas & Restrictions
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Deliveries containing alcohol can only be made to addresses in the UK & must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Our couriers may request ID at the door.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery
1st Class - Tracked 24: £4.50
(Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days).2nd Class - Tracked 48: £3.95
(Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days).
- Courier Delivery
DPD 2kg - 20kg: £7.50
(Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days).
- Free Standard or Courier Delivery
On all orders over £50.

5. Alcohol Deliveries
Orders containing alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 or over.
If no one of legal age is available to accept delivery, the courier may refuse to deliver & the order will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the order minus delivery costs.
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. [Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.]
