WORK WITH US!
Whatever skills or experience you have we'd love to hear from you if you think you can contribute to our expanding network of restaurants up and down the beautiful coast of North Wales.
When you visit Dylan's you'll see how much care we put into our restaurants and promoting our locality.
Because of this we are always looking for responsible, energetic and enthusiastic people to join our growing team.
We are accredited Silver Investors in People and very keen to train up any of our staff so that they can become our leaders in the future. We will provide you with the right support and experience so that you can develop your skills at a reasonable pace and become competent and confident in your role whatever your ambitions.
WHY WORK WITH US?
We are proud of our team at Dylan’s, and in each restaurant our teams take pride in their work. Investing in our staff across four sites has contributed to us being awarded ‘Silver’ status by Investors in People.
Our kitchen team benefit from our Chef Development Training Programme, and Dylan’s Apprenticeship Scheme in partnership with local schools and colleges, which sees young or new chefs learn new skills and develop their culinary education alongside our more experienced chefs.
We have created a Staff Training and Development Programme for our Front of House and Kitchen teams, which affords all staff equal opportunity for contact with a senior member of the team, and ensures each person who joins us at Dylan’s has the same opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with their job role and surroundings.
Dylan’s has contributed £2m to the local economy through payroll, and 170+ staff supported through our innovative people development programmes.
Both teams also benefit from wellbeing initiatives, including mindfulness sessions, team building activities and staff-day-out events, alongside regular staff satisfaction surveys which can inform and direct new ideas within the restaurants and company.
We have also worked with other institutions, encouraging new talent and skills, including work with HMP Berwyn, and our collaborative ‘Custodial Pie Corp’ venture, which saw a member of that development scheme progress into one of our own kitchen teams.
